Ex-detective Nelson Sharkley is a tritagonist turned antagonist of the series. He pretended to be an ally of Cal, Winter and Boges, but this was a trick to find out about the Ormond secrets, including the singularity. He also lied about not being able to see his children. He shot Cal’s uncle Rafe and later got killed after Rafe drove a bulldozer into his car while he was still in there.
